1 Rājā āha—“bhante nāgasena, kena kāraṇena samuddo ekaraso loṇaraso”ti? “Cirasaṇṭhitattā kho, mahārāja, udakassa samuddo ekaraso loṇaraso”ti.

2 “Kallosi, bhante nāgasenā”ti.
