Terms of use

These terms of use are an agreement between you and Cause Connect Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”), which runs EveryApp at everyapp.pro (the “service”).

By using the service, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need your parent or guardian’s permission, where the law requires it, and they agree to these terms for you.

EveryApp is a collection of everyday tools. There are two kinds:

• Tools that work on your device, such as our QR code, password, image, PDF and text tools. What you use them with stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.
• Processing tools, such as Video to MP3, where you upload a file and we process it for you. We delete your file once it’s processed, and your result is available to download for 1 hour.

Some tools are free for everyone. Others need an account, a paid plan or a one-time purchase. Each tool’s page and our Pricing page show what it needs.

To create an account, you give us your name and a valid email address that you verify with a code we send you, and choose a password, or you continue with Google. You agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your password and sign-in codes private, and not share your account;
• have only the accounts you need, and not create accounts to get around limits; and
• tell us straight away at privacy@everyapp.pro if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free tools are provided “as is”, free of charge. We may show ads to visitors who aren’t signed in; signed-in users don’t see ads. We may change, limit or stop any free tool at any time. Check the results of any tool before you rely on them, for example before you send a converted document or use a generated password.

Plans

Paid plans (currently Starter, Plus and Unlimited) are monthly subscriptions. Each plan sets how many paid tools you can have in your account at once (your “app slots”), how often you can swap them, and a monthly usage allowance for each tool. The current plans and prices are on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added where the law requires.

Billing and renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month, and we charge your payment method at the start of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over to the next month. If a payment fails, we may try again; your access continues while we do, and ends if the payment can’t be collected.

Upgrades and downgrades

If you upgrade, the new plan applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current paid period. If your new plan has fewer app slots, you then choose which tools to keep; until you do, the tools you added first stay active.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Price changes

We may change our prices. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, and it will take effect from your next period after the notice. If you don’t want to pay the new price, you can cancel before then.

Some tools can be bought once for “lifetime” use. A lifetime purchase gives you, personally, the right to use that specific tool on your account, on any plan, for as long as we offer the tool and operate the service. It doesn’t use an app slot.

• Fair use: each lifetime purchase includes a monthly usage allowance, shown when you buy, so that the tool stays available for everyone.
• Not transferable: a lifetime purchase belongs to the account that bought it. It can’t be transferred, resold or shared.
• If a tool or the service is discontinued: “lifetime” means the lifetime of the tool and of the service, not your lifetime. If we stop offering a tool you bought, or close the service, we will give you reasonable notice where we can, so you can use the tool and download your results before it ends. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement tool, credit or partial refund.
• Refunds and disputes: if a lifetime purchase is fully refunded or its payment is disputed, access to the tool ends.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we decide, at our discretion, to give one. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at privacy@everyapp.pro and we will look into it. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded.

When you use the service, you must not:

• break any law, or upload or create anything illegal, harmful, abusive or that exploits children;
• upload files that you don’t have the right to use, or that infringe anyone else’s rights;
• upload viruses, malware or anything designed to harm the service, other users or their devices;
• copy content from the service in bulk by automated means, or use the service in a way that overloads it;
• try to get around plan limits, allowances, app slots, payments or security measures, or access accounts or parts of the service you aren’t allowed to;
• copy, resell or offer the service as your own, or use it to build a competing service; or
• help anyone else do any of these things.

You keep all rights to the files, text and other content you use with the service, and to the results you create.

For processing tools, you give us permission to store and process your files only as needed to produce your results and provide the service. This permission ends when the files are deleted. Tools that work on your device don’t send us your content at all.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that using it with the service doesn’t break any law or anyone’s rights.

The service, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. The EveryAppname and logo are ours, and you may not use them without our permission.

The service may include ads, links or features from other companies, such as Google sign-in and our payment processor. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We aren’t responsible for third-party content, products or services.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance, and we may add, change or remove tools and features over time. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it is fit for a particular purpose, accurate or uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important files: we delete uploaded files and results as described in these terms and our Privacy policy, and we can’t recover them afterwards.

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service; and
• our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or SGD 100 (or its equivalent in your currency).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from a claim by someone else that results from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email privacy@everyapp.pro and we will delete it as described in our Privacy policy.

We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access, if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. If we close your account without a good reason related to your conduct, we will refund any amount you paid for a period you can no longer use.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top when we do, and if a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, you can stop using the service and cancel any subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can’t, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there where the law allows.

These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business. No one else has rights under these terms.
