Frequently asked questions
- Why does text from a PDF have line breaks everywhere?
- PDFs store each line of a page separately, so copying puts a line break at the end of every line. This tool joins those lines back into flowing text.
- Can I keep my paragraphs?
- Yes. Choose "Keep paragraphs": single line breaks are removed, and blank lines between paragraphs are kept.
- Can I turn a list into comma-separated text?
- Yes. Choose "Join with…" and type a comma and a space (or any separator) to turn one item per line into a single line.
- Is my text sent anywhere?
- No. Everything happens on your device and your text never leaves it.
