1 “Sabbesu kira bhūtesu,

santi sīlasamāhitā;

Passa sākhāmigaṁ jammaṁ,

ādiccamupatiṭṭhati”.

2 “Nāssa sīlaṁ vijānātha,

anaññāya pasaṁsatha;

Aggihuttañca uhannaṁ,

dve ca bhinnā kamaṇḍalū”ti.
