2 Sabbe dhammā niyatāti? Āmantā. Nanu tayo rāsī vuttā bhagavatā—“micchattaniyato rāsi, sammattaniyato rāsi, aniyato rāsī”ti? Āmantā. Hañci tayo rāsī vuttā bhagavatā—“micchattaniyato rāsi, sammattaniyato rāsi, aniyato rāsi”, no ca vata re vattabbe—“sabbe dhammā niyatā”ti.
