Frequently asked questions
- Can I show the text for only part of the video?
- Yes. Set Show from and Show until in seconds. Leave Show until at 0 to keep the text on screen to the end.
- Which languages and characters work?
- Letters used in English and most European languages, including accents, Greek and Cyrillic. Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters and emoji aren't supported yet.
- Will my video lose quality?
- The video is re-encoded to add the text, at high quality. Videos larger than 1080p are scaled down to 1080p. You get an MP4 that plays almost everywhere.
- What happens to my files?
- Your video is deleted as soon as the text is added. Your new video is available to download for 1 hour, then it's deleted too. On a paid plan, your files and results are kept in My files until you delete them.
