How to remove logo from video
- Set the box around the mark, in percent of the picture: left and top edges, then width and height (for example, a logo in the top right corner is about 80% from the left and 3% from the top).
- Choose a video file (up to 1 GB, 30 minutes).
- Wait while we fill in the box, then download your MP4. If a bit of the mark still shows, make the box slightly bigger and try again.
Frequently asked questions
- Will the logo disappear completely?
- The box is filled in from the pixels around it, so the mark is replaced by a soft blur. It works best for small marks that stay in one place, on a fairly plain background. Large boxes or busy backgrounds leave a visible smudge.
- Why is the box in percent rather than pixels?
- Percent works for any video size or orientation. 50% from the left is the middle of the picture, whether the video is 720p or 4K, landscape or portrait.
- Can I remove watermarks from someone else's video?
- Use this on videos you own or have the right to edit, for example to hide a date stamp, a camera app's mark or your own old logo. Removing someone else's watermark to reuse their work may break copyright law.
- What happens to my files?
- Your video is deleted as soon as it's done. Your new video is available to download for 1 hour, then it's deleted too. On a paid plan, your files and results are kept in My files until you delete them.
