Frequently asked questions

What does 720p mean here?
The shorter side of the picture becomes 720 pixels: 1280 × 720 for a landscape video, 720 × 1280 for a portrait one. The other sizes work the same way.
Can I make a video bigger?
Yes, up to 1080p, but enlarging can't add detail, so a small video will look soft. Making a video smaller also makes the file smaller.
What happens when I change the shape?
Choose black bars to keep the whole picture, or crop to fill the new shape and lose a little from the edges. Nothing is ever stretched.
What happens to my files?
Your video is deleted as soon as it's resized. Your new video is available to download for 1 hour, then it's deleted too. On a paid plan, your files and results are kept in My files until you delete them.
