How to use Birthday Reminder
- Open Birthday Reminder. Sign in with a free EveryApp account to keep your list on all your devices.
- Add someone with their date (the year is optional), or paste a list of names and dates.
- Turn on reminders and choose how many days before you'd like a nudge.
- Check Upcoming to see who's next, and jot gift ideas down whenever you hear one.
Frequently asked questions
- What about birthdays on 29 February?
- In years without a 29 February, they show and remind on 28 February. You can switch that to 1 March in Settings.
- Do I need to know the year they were born?
- No. The year is optional. With it, you also see the age they turn or how many years an anniversary marks.
- Can I add lots of birthdays at once?
- Yes. Paste one per line as a name and a date, like "Sam, 1990-04-12" or "Sam, 04-12". You see a preview with any lines that need fixing before anything is added.
- Will reminders show people's names?
- No. A reminder says something like "A birthday is coming up in 3 days". The names stay inside the app.
- Is Birthday Reminder free?
- Yes. It's free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
