Frequently asked questions
- What is a kanban board?
- A board split into columns for each stage of your work, like To do, Doing and Done. Each task is a card you move from left to right, so you can see at a glance what's waiting, in progress and finished.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. Press and hold a card, then drag it to another column. Swipe sideways to see more columns. You can also open a card and move it with buttons.
- What's a WIP limit?
- A work-in-progress limit is the most cards a column should hold, say 3 in Doing. With Pro, set one on any column and it lights up when you go over, a nudge to finish things before starting more.
- How many boards can I have?
- You can have 5 boards free, each with as many columns and cards as you need. Pro removes the limit.
- Who can see my boards?
- Only you. They stay on your device, and in your EveryApp account once you sign in. They're never sold or used for ads, and you can download or delete them any time.
- Is Kanban Board free?
- Yes. It's free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
