Frequently asked questions
- Can I type dates in plain words?
- Yes. Write "tomorrow", "next Friday", "Nov 3", "in 2 weeks", "5pm" or "every weekday" in the task and it becomes the due date, time or repeat. You can see what was understood before you add it, and keep the words as text instead.
- How do repeating tasks work?
- When you tick off a repeating task, it moves to its next date and the one you finished goes to your completed list. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly repeats are included; Pro adds every 2nd Tuesday, every few weeks, and repeats counted from when you finish.
- Will it remind me when a task is due?
- Yes. Turn on a reminder for a task and you'll get a notification at its due time on every device where notifications are on for the app. On iPhone, add the app to your Home Screen first.
- Does it work on my phone and computer?
- Yes. Sign in and your tasks are kept in your EveryApp account and sync between devices. It works offline too, and catches up when you're back online.
- Who can see my tasks?
- Only you. They stay on your device, and in your EveryApp account once you sign in. They're never sold or used for ads, and you can download or delete them any time.
- Is To-Do List free?
- Yes. It's free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
